My capacity to serve is my greatest gift. It is an honor to hold space, witness, and guide women
on their healing, opening, softening and spiritual journeys, and I have over thirty years of experience doing just this. I serve by accessing the tools and resources I have been gifted in this lifetime, along with a lineage of teachings passed down to me from incredible teachers whom I bow to in gratitude every day.
In addition to this, I cultivate my own daily practices so that the energy my clients feel
is pure, and the essence of full presence. I am a forever student, returning to my practices and beginning again over and over and over again.
This grace and humility is an important ingredient in any mentorship.
