“your sexuality is the most potent form of divine art.” - David Deida
Week seven: eros + sensuality
If there is a “God” part of us, is it this part that we can resource or tap into or touch within our eros, and does this create our sensuality?
How do these energies co-exist/co-create both within and without. We will touch on enchantment this week as a by-product of this contemplation.

questions for contemplation + discussion
What is EROS?
What is the difference between “sensuality” and “sexuality?” Which one resonates with you? What is your relationship with your sensuality and/or sexuality?
Are there any situations in life that you have determined are impossible for you to stay open as love? If so, name them in detail.
Think about a recent conflict you had with someone: what was the cause of the conflict/separation/space? Applying the wisdom from these chapters, can you see how staying open as love, or focusing your devotion/love/heart on a certain aspect of this person might help you to stay open?
Is staying open in tough situations a choice you are making? Why or why not?
