Week One
Each week I will offer new ideas for you to consider “initiating” into your system. What does this mean? It means that I’m inviting you to read, listen, and/or watch a resource and absorb it into your entire being or “system.” This means you will take it in cerebrally, you will also feel into it in your subtle body taking careful notes of the internal dialogue, the feelings or body wisdom cues, and your response, projection, and/or reaction. I will expect you to be able to articulate this response to your system in our Thursday conversations. If the material triggers you or causes resistance this is important information, if the material is easy, feels good, invites you into a place of peace and calm and feeling “at home,” this is also important information. Please create sacred space, and dedicated time to INITIATE this information into your system each week, and keep the notes in a journal for discussion.
Initiate
When we “anchor” into something, we connect to it…we make it ours. Each week I will invite you to ANCHOR into the theme for the week and this means that I want you to make the thoughts/work/ideas yours, intimately yours. You will be exposed to various resources to consider which each have their own ideas and positions, you will hear my thoughts and the thoughts and input of your fellow sisters in our Thursday discussions, and you will be asked to anchor into the ideas that resonate and guide you - in your own way. Please anchor into what feels good in your system, good in a “home” way, or good in a way that you have identified this as your work/practice, and let the rest go. If something doesn’t sit well with you or resonate with you, let it go.
ANCHOR
When we integrate this means we have chosen to anchor into a belief and made it ours and now we are putting it into practice to begin to INTEGRATE it into our system, life, experience. How we do this is up to us, and whatever outside help we call in (teachers, resources, examples…).
PLEASE BE PREPARED TO SHARE ONE IDEA, PRACTICE, OR NEW AWARENESS WITH THE GROUP THAT YOU WILL BE INTEGRATING FROM THIS WEEK.*
*If you are feeling extra inspired by something that came up this week, please reach out to me to share how you might lead the group in a discussion or practice around this new inspiration: this will be a beautiful way that we can hold each other accountable for “integrating” this work.
Integrate
At the end of each week I invite you to reflect on the week’s journey; isolate it and take note. Where did you start this week? What growth, change, new awareness and/or new practices and ideas did you experience and/or adapt? What further questions do you have? What tools and resources do you need for future contemplation? Take note of the resistance, or the list of things that you let go of, be sure these things are healthy surrenders.
PLEASE MAKE A LIST OF YOUR REFLECTIONS TO SHARE WITH PAT IN YOUR ONE-ON-ONE ON FRIDAY
REFLECT
Welcome, sister!
WELCOME HOME MY LOVE… This space is for you, for us. I created this space four years ago, when I began this work myself. This is the place where I have added the materials here for us to discover together, I am a forever student and still opened and softened by this inner masculine journey. You will find a weekly video, guided meditations, readings, podcasts, videos, books, and other beautiful tools, resources and temple offerings for you to explore on your own and for us to discuss together in our weekly circles. Please make this work yours, dive in fully and with an open heart. We are here to soften into raising our inner masculine so that we can live as radiantly as possible. I love you so much and I am bowing to you in deep gratitude for being here with me.
“MALE AND FEMALE REPRESENT THE TWO SIDES OF THE GREAT RADICAL DUALISM. BUT IN FACT THEY ARE PERPETUALLY PASSING INTO ONE ANOTHER. FLUID HARDENS TO SOLID, SOLID RUSHES TO FLUID. THERE IS NO WHOLLY MASCULINE MAN, NO PURELY FEMININE WOMAN.”

WEEK ONE: “EXPLORING SACRED POLARITY”
In order to do justice to raising our inner masculine we must first explore the idea of polarity: yin and yang, feminine and masculine, Shiva
and Shakti. And in order to do this I’m inviting you to begin to discover yourself with new awareness around these two essences, powers, energies and parts.
OUR QUESTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION + DISCUSSION THIS WEEK:
What is your relationship with discipline?
What does “polarity” mean to you? What experience do you have with this theme/topic?
How does polarity show up in your life? In your body, in your relationships, in your work, in your inner dialogue, in your patterns, in your healing, in your past/childhood…etc. (Explore the full scope.)
Consider Rainer Wylde’s take on masculine and feminine being “archetypes” (“universal guiding metaphors or forces that are unconsciously dictating our lives/actions, etc.”) and discuss how this feels in your system.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious it will control your life…” Does this Jungian quote resonate with you? If so, what parts of you are unconscious and in control?
As you begin to dive into David Deida’s work, how does it resonate with you?
Are you “animating your full masculine and your full feminine” as Michaela Boehm says?
Understanding Anima and Animus according to Jung
What is your “leading energy?”
How are you feeling overall about this space, this work, this topic, the group, logistics, etc?
As we are focused on our inner masculine this month, and there is no better way to feel Him than to invite discipline into our lives, we will begin a 30-day Sat Kriya Kundalini Practice together beginning this week. This “invitation” is mandatory, without exception.
You will be required to practice your Sat Kriya each day, early morning is the suggested time before each day begins but please find the right time for you. The duration of this Kriya is between 3-8 minutes each day, your right thumb should be the predominate thumb,
focus and give this your full dedication and committed discipline.
A note on discipline:
Please INITIATE these resources into your system for this week’s discussion:
LISTEN to Rainer Wylde’s podcast “Lost Man Standing” Season 2 Episode “Masculine + Feminine Archetypes” and take notes, what resonates or give you a tingle? What confuses you?
LISTEN to Neil Sattin’s “Healthy Polarity, Energetic Connection, and the Work of David Deida with Michaela Bohm” and take notes. What is your “home” energy or essence? How did this information land with you?
LISTEN to Life is a Ceremony Podcast Episode 5: “Relationship with the Self, the Inner Masculine and Feminine”
READ David Deida’s The Way of the Superior Man: A Spiritual Guide to Mastering the Challenges of Women, Work, and Sexual Desire (Please begin to read this text this week, it will take you a few weeks to read.)
READ Tony Robbins’ article “The #1 Law of Attraction: Polarity”
WATCH “Jungian Psychology - The Anima and The Animus - Jung - Archetypes” by The Diamond Net
TAKE Tony Robbin’s “What is Your Leading Energy?” Quiz, and have the results handy for sharing. Do you agree with the results?
THIS WEEK’S ANCHORING PRACTICES + INVITATIONS:
3-8 Minute Daily Sat Kriya Practice
Make a list of examples of POLARITY you witness in your life
Make a list of both feminine and masculine emotions and/or characteristics that you identify with personally.
How does “Divine Feminine” and “Sacred Masculine” apply to your internal landscape?
What awareness do you have about past or current relationships with men regarding polarity?
Consider Wylde’s practical applications for connecting with your inner feminine and masculine
Begin a disciplined meditation practice
Be aware of your initial response to this work, your energy and vibration
What is your “masculine feminine signature?”
Begin to create a dialogue between your masculine and feminine essences, it might help to define them as they are today; how do they connect (internal dialogue and external action/manifestation)?

WEEK TWO: “YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO (MEN) & THE MASCULINE”
This week we will explore our personal relationship with men and the masculine: both within us and outside of us. We will hold close the Universal Law of “As within, so without,” to guide us because our inner landscape informs everything, EVERYTHING outside of us. This is our starting place, our foundation for identifying “the masculine” universally and our masculine both internally and in mortal form. Your absolute courage, integrity and vulnerability will be required this week, and honored with grace.
OUR QUESTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION + DISCUSSION THIS WEEK:
What is your TRUE relationship with/to the masculine? (Applied as both broad sense and personal reflection)
What witnessing did you have of the masculine growing up which may have informed your opinions, actions, beliefs about the masculine? (What did you learn about men and the masculine from your father (both spoken and in witnessing him)? What did you learn about men and the masculine from your mother (both spoken and in witnessing her)?
What darkness, shadows, wounds, trauma, conditioning…layers are included in your relationship with/to men and the masculine and how you define Him?
What shadow work have you already done around your inner masculine and/or the (universal) masculine?
How does the masculine show up for you in your internal landscape? What does He look like outside of you?
Take stock of the men in your life; create opportunities to be inspired by masculine energy that you love/crave.
Do you or have you ever connected with your inner masculine? If so, how?
Is there any fight here? Where does it come from?
Can you soften to men/masculine energy? If so, how does this feel? If not, where does the resistance come from?
Do you trust the masculine (within and outside)? Elaborate.
How do you “deepen into your inner masculine?”

WEEK THREE: “WHO IS YOUR KING?”
We’ve explored the importance of polarity, we’ve gained clarity around the Sacred Masculine, and we’ve bravely explored our ideas of the imprinted, collective and mortal masculine, and we’ve begun to embrace and embody our masculine essence. What things do you love about your King? What does he do well?
How can you help your inner masculine to serve you better? (What do you need right now?)
Where can you surrender, forgive, help, lift…your inner masculine? From what place do you do this and how do you do this?

WEEK FOUR: “CREATING BALANCE + SACRED UNION”
We’ve explored polarity, acknowledged our relationship to the masculine, embraced our inner masculine and started to define, connect with and exalt our inner masculine and call in a truer representation (reflection) of this mortal masculine outside of us, we’ve raised our King and we are beginning to honor him for all of the provisions he provides us…all of this leading us to balance. Creating balance is our work this week and our forever work in the weeks to come. In order to find and create this balance we must attune to both feminine and masculine provisions, master them and choreograph the dance they will participate in. This is intimate work, each balance is unique and self-serving, it is your personal alchemy. Be delicate with the work this week, find your groove…literally, it should feel swoon-y when you find it. It should feel easy, fully supportive, FULL and well-rounded in every way, like nothing is lacking and you are floating downstream with no strife or worry. Remember, this inner landscape is your test ground for what you are creating outside of yourself. Take careful stock of all parts, master it, feel proud and good about it. You are amazing and I love you.
OUR QUESTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION + DISCUSSION THIS WEEK:
Where are you with this balance on Week Four?
What parts of you feel feminine and what parts of you feel masculine?
Are you happy about this current “balance” or do you want to make an adjustment?
How do you currently feel about this inner “sacred marriage?”
How do you define this sacred marriage within you, and how do you wish for it to manifest outside of you?
What exact practices do you need to do to find the balance you want for yourself?
How do you honor this balance within you on a daily basis?
Do you feel happily married?
Knowing what you know now about your masculine and feminine and your balance of both, what do you need outside of you to compliment this balance for the best case scenario? What do you need to avoid?
What “unhealthy” masculine and feminine traits do you need to work on to be in better balance?
Please INITIATE these resources into your system for this week’s discussion:
